Received a call twice today from someone overseas from number 213-673-5384, they were very rude and insisted to have the medical records department, explained we all do medical records. They wanted to get medical records on a patient, explained we could not without a release and a signature, I was told its been faxed 3 times in the past couple of days to us. I said well go ahead and fax again, they she became rude. she said I need his ssn number, is this ******* his address. I said we cant give you that information, at that meantime I went ahead and hung up.
