On Thursday March 17th about 11:30am to 12:00pm I received a call on my home phone from a woman saying she's a police officer from the department of the treasury her name is Josie or Judy Perez telling me to call ASAP or I'll be arrested this is the second call I've received the other one was about two weeks ago this time it was a man I forget his name saying the same thing I'm tired of these crooks how can I block these calls? Should I report it to the police or FBI???

This dumb scammers are getting dumber and dumber .....All you have to do is google the number and it comes out as fake.......No one is going to arrest anyone.......These crooks are probably 4 indian people working out of an apartment making all of these fake calls everyday to people ....Thinking that someone is actually going to fall for this scam ......Even my neighbor got one of these ..What he did was funny....He kept saying sure sure to everything the scammer was saying ..Kept this loser on the phone for 20 minutes ....Then just laugh at this crook and hang off the phone.....They never called back again...............
On Thursday, March 17, around 11:45 am, recieved a message from a female voice claiming to be from Department of Treasury. It sounded like she said Off. Judy Smith or something like that. Something about a "legal petition" involving tax. It could have been a computer voice. It sounded odd and it used a lot of official sounding buzz swords, but in general it sounded odd.
On Thursday, March 17, checked daily messages, received a message from a female voice claiming to be from Department of Treasury. It sounded like she said Officer D.B. Smith. She said there has been a legal notice filed in federal claims court regarding tax fraud for the person at this number. Her voice may have been simulated. Another reverse lookup places the location at or around International American University in Los Angeles. It is suspected to be a fraud because we never received any notice by mail, and did not address anyone or organization at this address by name. As a government oversight agency exposing corruption in federal government, this call is highly suspect.
