Received a message from a family member that a "female" was trying to reach me from this number. The name and company was unclear but what was very clear was that she stated she was holding a bad check for me and was about to prosecute me. Interestingly enough I have not issued a check in over two years and the checks do not have my current address or phone number on them. I attempted to return the call and received a voice mail stating, "The caller you are trying to reach is on the phone" it does not identify the person or the company.
A woman called screaming and yelling saying I owed a bill from over 3 years ago. Said It was a loan, but could give me no other information. My husband was present and phone call was recorded. She used a threatening tone and would not let me finish a sentence.

I let the call go to voicemail. Caller said she was an "investigator". Mispronounced my name. Asked me to give her number to our daughter (who is 37 and moved out in 2000) about a "prosecution". Yeah, right! Said daughter is a professional with no criminal history whatsoever. I'm tired of getting these bogus calls.
