This number called me once on my landline but was blocked immediately since I do not know anyone in CA and certainly not if it says Cell Phone CA on caller id. Normally I do not call numbers back but this time I did and reached a recording that the subscriber you have dialed is not in service. Therefore, spoofed number and scam caller, just wish I had more information about them.
I do not answer any calls I do not recognize, first check google, then block number and file a donotcall report.
Male caller w/ Indian?? accent calling from "Solar Select," a lead generator for SolarCity. The verifier, Kim, then said company name is Solar America USA. Solar America is a known lead generator.
FYI, SolarCity, owned by Elon Musk, has received about $2.5B in subsidies [or whatever you want to call them] from the US Government, i.e., us. Musk's Space X Corp and Tesla Cars have also not been shy about sidling up to the fed's $$ trough for handouts. That's the new way to become a billionaire - work us taxpayers.
Person introduced himself as a "Smart Energy Solutions" and called my name. I asked to remove my number from their calling list and blocked this number.
received multiple calls from this number. finally answered at 12:46 pm EST. there was a pause while i said hello twice then a weird sorta bell sound then an automated "goodbye!". very strange. definitely blocked them. i suggest the same. creeped me out.
