Who called from 2136894370

I got a call from this number twice, everytime I call them back, the voice
Mail says number not in service

I've gotten 2 calls from this number over the past couple of months. I have my suspicions about how my number, which I've had for the past 4 yrs, has been receiving spam texts and calls from unknown numbers immediately after I declined an upgrade with Verizon salesman in the Southern California area (though I am Northern California). Anyway, I, too, have attempted to call the number back immediately after receiving the call and get the recording that the number is disconnected.

Very annoying.

Getting so sick of getting calls on my cell phone and people that are calling not polite enough to leave a friggin voice message ...I don't answer any calls that I don't recognize, so that being said...if it was important, then guess they would leave me a message to call them back. Tough Luck otherwise!

I got a call from this # for the first time today.  Left no message.  When I called back the message said disconnected

I have recieved 2 calls from this number in the last month. Same as those above, no message, and when you call back you get a disconnected message.
