This was a recording that said there were millions of grant dollars in my zipcode that are available for small businesses, non-profits minorities, women, etc. It could be for starting or improving a small business, etc. They said there were funds that needed to be used by Dec 2009. After pressing 1 for more details, it asked to leave my full name and contact information. (That's when I hung up).
When I called back, the number could not be reached--out of service message. No other info available on the web about this number, apparently.
