Told us a medical alert device was reasy to be shipped and everything had been paid for but they would not tell me who paid for it. We were receiving it because it had been reported that someone in the household had recently fallen. (Not true) They are just trying to prey on the elderly with bogus "free" offers, They would not identify themselves
