Who called from 2137130630

A robo call claiming to be the IRS.  The ITS contacts you through the mail or tour banking institution, not a robo call.  These are overseas scammers getting access to our phone numbers.

Me too.  I asked the person, who identified himself as Investigator Alex REID from the IRS, if I could get his extension so I can call my attorney and CPA before providing him any more information.  He got mildly upset and stated to call back the number instead.  I was called about 15 minutes ago.

I didn't answer - but they left a recorded message on my voicemail about a case file and I need to call immediately.  They called twice today.

left multiple messages that IRS has warrent for arrest and to call back.  television articles warn of this scam and that IRS does not call like this.

Received that call too today .. claiming IRS investigator.  Called them back but they hung up; or didn't pick up again.
