Called and hung up without a word.

At 8:18 AM this morning, female robotic voice left a message on my voice mail that the IRS was filing a suit against me.  They called yesterday from 310-431-7552, too.

Same as above - only different times. Female Robotic voice in voicemail telling me to call a number regarding a suit.
