it's the same with me.  the phone is ringing, I answer, nobody is talking...calling back, i get music.  What could we do about it?  something should be done.  my take is that this is a computer calling to get info about people.  i have an internet phone and i am not listed anywhere.  maybe the computer wants to record voicemails to find out who is answering the number and sell the info...like intelius and others are doing...

Never ordered drugs online, but I get a call from this number about once every couple of weeks asking to speak to "Wendy." Every time I tell them that they have the wrong number and that there's no on here by that name. However, they continue to call. They don't call very often. So, it's not really that annoying to me, but it sounds like the same guy every time, and you would think that they got the hint by now.

Fraud or harassment calls need to be reported to the local law enforcement agency immediately. Law enforcement needs details about the calls you received so they can investigate further.

Contact the Federal Trade Commission at www.FTC.gov and file a complaint online about the phone#, call, and give them details about the calls you received.

Contact your FBI Regional Office (look in the phone book or FBI.gov) and request an investigation into these calls.

Place phone #'s on the National DO NOT CALL List at WWW.DONOTCALL.GOV (you can also file a complaint here) or call them directly at 1-888-382-1222.

I am going to contact my AG, Greg Abbott.  My sister works in his office at a high level position.  This harassment must end. I live in Austin and they are driving me nuts.  I have asked them on numerous occasions to quit calling, to no avail.
