Who called from 2137255371

Received this call three times today and when you pick up,  no one is there.  Is there a way to block this type of call??

I got calls from this number too. Caller I'd says cellular call. When I call back-there is a recording saying the call can't be completed as dialed.

They call every day sometimes two or three times a day.  They never say anything when you answer.
It's as if they are on some delay headset or verifying the number is assigned.  They need to be shut down.

This number is constantly calling and not leaving a message.  When answered get a long beep.
