Just got a call from this number as well, comes up unavailable... left a message but so many people are talking at once so i couldn't tell what they said... some thing about asking a question and thank you... so i think it might be one of those goofy auto dialer things and the person just forgot to disconnect the call... but who knows.
I keep getting calls from this number on my cell. When I call it back - from my land line (blocking my number) I get a busy signal. So, my solution was just to block the number from my cell. They can call all they want. The call will automatically go to a voice mail, and they never leave a message. To not waste money checking my voice mail for this call, I check for messages from my land line.

You probably signed up for say a local contest or something small, they in turn collect and keep all the information. They sell it to companies that collect data and categorize you. These companies sell bulk information to other companies.
Its sad to say that I worked for a company that would buy these "lists" of people so they could target certain people. Companies like www.email-point.com even send out the emails for you! 2 million emails for only $1595... I am not giving that information to publicize but to help protest against these spammers!
