I think the people calling are from an Online College... I tryied looking for a Job resently & they basically wouldn't get off the phone until I said they could send info. & someone could call... BUT I did not realized theses [***] Holes would keep calling instead of leaving a message like I told the guy to do & if I was really interested I would call them back
Addy-I've been getting calls from this number, and same thing they tell me that they saw that i was looking into schools and wanted to know if i wanted to further my education as well
we have gotten 2 calls so far, last night and again today. called back three times and got disconnected each time, called back one more time and got a girl who sounded very young and not to sound rude but rather unintelligent. She said she was representing some university, there was so much wind in the line that we could barely understand her. When my husband asked for her to repeat the universities name one more time so we could understand it, she said she doesn't actually work for a university but for a recruiting center. He asked for our number to be removed from the list, she said sure and hung up. maybe we will get lucky and not get anymore calls but somehow i think that is not going to be the case.
Wow these people have called me nine times today. It was bothering me so i googled the number to see where it was coming from. This popped up with several people getting the same calls. I have read a lot of the complaints so i called the number and a young man or boy answered and was laughing , some one in the back ground said something to him and he hung up. I called back again and this time a lady answered and i told her that i was putting in a complaint with my Attorney General in Arizona , that i had read that they were calling several people all over the country and nooo body likes it . Told her to QUIT calling my number. Hmmm so far so good. No calls in last hour. They have called me over 50 times this week. I do not like to be annoyed ! PLEASE call the number and tell them your calling your Attorney General in your state and filing a complaint. The number as you ALL know is 213-725-5387 Oh and FYI i have Cricket so i really do not think it has anything to do with the cell services we use. These are just idiots we all dealing with.And there are ways for people to buy cell number lists, HMMMMM isn't America great ????? LOL HOPE THIS HELPS ALL WHO HAS RECEIVED THESE MANY HUNDREDS OF ANNOYING CALLS. Pam from ARIZONA
I've been getting the calls for 2 days including about 1/2 hr ago. I don't know the number, so I don't answer. After reading all of these messages, I'm glad I don't.
