(213) 740-9238 Los Angeles, CA called my cell phone at 1:34pm today, I didn't answer it. No message. Also I tried calling twice but the line was busy.

got the same call as everyone else.  Have put the Cell phone on Vibrate  I don't answer Calls I don't know

Answered the call..it was a someone it was a recording offering to lower interest rate in my credit card. However they didn't identify themselves from a specific financial instution. Asked me to press 1 for more information and then hung up. Fishy

I answered live.  It is claiming to be "your credit card company" waiting to lower "your rate on your credit card."  Ignore it! It's phishing for your credit card and personal information!
