Called my cell in the middle of the night waking up the household. I didn't answer and no voicemail left.

Continues to call without leaving a message - relentless.

Asks for unrelated name to you (like "Robert"),   then says "Oh maybe you can help me....."  goes into long talk about breast Cancer research. Sounds scam-like

Scammers.  Don't answer or  call back....the number is non existent.  DNC does not work.

Comes across as "cypress communication"; when tried to call back, it would not go through
