This number has called me many times for 2 or 3 months now. When I answer all i can here is like street-noise, and occasionally two men talking to each other in arabic and laughing. I tend not to answer, but they always leave an answerphone message of this blurred street-noise. Why would they do this? I have traced the number as an Algerian number, but cannot get any further than this.
