Who called from 2137843129

Just called me left no message

Call 1/23/13 mumbled something I asked them to repeat, what they said line went quiet.

Who are these people? Said nothing.

called, but no one answered when I said hello.  I am supposedly on the do not call list

phone call from this number, answered the phone, was instructed to turn on my computer because my internet was running slow and the person on the other line could help with the problem.  I said no thank you and they insisted so I hung up.
