My dad received a call from Megabucks Lottery and Sweepstakes saying he had won 2.5 million dollars. I called the phone number and it is sounding like a scam. The phone number was 876-483-3777 from a Mr Cooper. We had to send a check before they would disperse any winnings. They wanted $5000.00 for delivery fees. SCAM SCAM SCAM...
just called the 213 784 4873, man sounding like the one that called us answered saying, claims departmen, call on cell phone, just hung us, he then returned the call and when we answered ask if we had called mega bucks, guess he thought he had a winner but he called back from 786 272 3875 again we didnt talk to him,
Also received incoming call from a Charles Dunn,786-272-3875, that listed Homestead, Florida on home ID, However, calling party indicated he was calling from Las Vagas and that 2.5 million was won from megabucks sweepstakes. Then asked for $2100.00 in fees (required up front payment from winner) to have 2.5 million check released. Stated two officials would come to door of winner with "The 2.5 million Check." When $2100.00 money order was not surrendered on first call a second phone number came into play,213-784-4873,(researched found phone listed in L.A.,CA.) to continue to persuade the fee money be paid. A basic scam played on emotions, let the reader beware!END

received call from mark stewart, claiming he is from ups, and same number 1-876-467-2448 supposedly claims dept. asked him for another toll free number and he gave me 876-508-3406 with a physical address of 289 Sunshine Lane Vinton, LA. Asked him for his ups employee number and he provided---very slowly--- 2194681--- like he was looking for numbers flashing in front of me. he again stated that i won a sweepstakes prize (without entering ?) so i said i will call him back after i check his numbers for validity. here it is in your forum !
