My sister got a call from this #. Who was it?

Its very much a scam.. I mean really.. I also recieved the same email below. JUST TRASH IT!!!

I agree - a scam.

E-mail received from the above.  There has been a death of a family member but the e-mail was sent from a French - Wanadoo account not in Steve Carter's name but in the name of jessie clain.  It was also sent at midnight.  Very much smells of a scam.
