Is a Debt Collector (Account Control Technology) trying to collect some penny [***] bill that belongs to someone else. They spoof phone numbers to make it look like they are someone else. This number apparently is supposed to be some cell phone line. They also have spoofed the following numbers: 562-912-1046 - which comes up on the caller ID as Royal Truck Body and 562-472-2035 which comes up on the caller ID as Safe Rd Ins Srv (Safe Roads Insurance Service?). If you call all the numbers back you are met with a recording that says "you have reached Account Control Technology...". I have had my attorney send a nasty letter to Royal Truck Body and Safe Road Insurance telling them what is going on and that they better not be involved in these shenanigans or else face right along with Account Control, a nice Fair Debt and Collection lawsuit.
