I am Deaf man who received a call through relay services by this number today. First of all, the person said her name is Laura. Wanted my phone number for verification, asked me several questions like how much rent you pay, do you have any bills to pay, how much you make, and ask me more question. I feel uneasy to answer over the phone like this because I did answered their question truthfully. Not sure if they are allowed to ask me several questions over the phone. I dont know who they are. That is dangerous. What if it is imposter? They should contact me by snail mail. Not comfortable answering their question over the phone. That is red flag. Unprofessional and inappropriate .
Also, the person from this number tell me the different name of woman like Laura, Marie, and other name I tried to remember. Fishy to me. Not professional. Claimed to call me the reason for investigation. Imposter? Need to contact Guy Murphy about this serious matter. The per.on (woman) said this is debt collector and then said office of attorney Joe Pezzuto.
