1. You post accurate information, if you have any, like details about the call and whether it was a telemarketer, scam, survey, etc.
2. Other people read the information to determine whether they should have answered the call.
That's it. Posting information like "received a call - didn't answer" is pointless. So is fussing about the Do Not Call list. Read around to see how useful and enforceable that is.
Called my private cell number that only Facebook has. No message. Use Skype to call back unknown numbers. They cannot track you then. EVER.

Just got this call right after the Boston person above. They must be canvassing one region at a time. I DIDN'T answer, and glad I didn't pick up. Came in on my unlisted cell phone.
I received the a call from them mid-morning. It was a "Robo" declaring that I, who answered the phone, should "Pay attention" and hold onto the line in order to update my security system. I hung up promptly.
