Caller ID said Los Angeles, CA. Did not answer the call. Did not leave a voicemail. Called back and sounded like a sweatshop, lots of voices in the background and a gentleman answered in heavily accented English "Credi card department. How may I assist you?" I hung up and blocked the call. My credit card company has their name as their caller ID
