This is a scam, they are staying they are the IRS to get money from people

Called the number back. Indian gentleman of course.
Them: "Hello this IRS"
Me: "Can I have my number removed from your call list"
Them: "We don't have call list, what is name"
Me: "Why do you need my name"
Them: "We are making a call list"
Me: "Don't call me again, goodbye"

Received a call from "IRS". Wanted to know how to spell my name. I asked what this was about and they hung up.
