Have been receiving numerous calls from phone number.  Received a phone call today from "Jennifer" (very heavy indian accent) - let it go to answering machine.  Called back and got another indian accent male named "mike woods".  said he was from the State department of crime prevention.  Said I took out a payday loan in October 2010 and said that if I didn't pay $318 by this evening, I would be turned over to federal court.  I told them I don't have that money and he stated they could offer me a settlement of $200.  When I asked who this amount was owed to, they told me it was "Payday Cash" or "Cash Advance".  he told me I could check it out on line if I wanted to confirm (I did - couldn't even log in or find a phone # for company).   He said he would put me down as disputing the charges and then hung up on me.
