I had the same problem, but he said he was an attorney for the federal agency, his name was Jake Cruz. I told him that I had an attorney and that he would contact him in the morning. He said they don't work with an attorney, that he was going to freeze by bank account, have my driver's license revoked and get me fired from my job. When my Attorney called he would not answer the phone. I called him this evening and told him since he can't talk to my attorney when he calls and he won't call my attorney, that he better not call any more, either my cell or work number or I would press charges for harassment.
i had to block this phone number from calling me a man called and said that i need to pay 350.00 or go to jail and a law suit was going to be took out i would have to set in jail for 30 days i owed them for a online loan
that i did not pay back i ask for the paper work i was told no not untel i paid the money i was called about

Saying there was legal action going to be taken against me I was going to jail... I got the call 4 times and I looked up the number her name is Leigh Maxie from Los Angeles California she looks like one of those Rasta People.. She's all over the Internet with scams and other issues.

Today I received a phone call from 213—807 3934. They told me criminal charges have been filed against me . They told me I had to drive to a CVS drug store while on the phone with them and load a Green Dot Card with $100.00 and pay them. I requsted documentation verifying who they are and confirmation that charges have been filed against me for my attormey to review. They told me they cannot do that until I pay them. They also said that if I prove fraud they will pay me back. I asked them to email me a letter confirming this and they refused. They said once I pay them they will mail me all documents I requested. They would not tell me who filed charges and they called 6 times in a 30 min period the guy had a india accent and all he would say is do you have a attorney I say no and he hangs up. pretty sure this is a scam of some sort.
