Who called from 2138140346

Have received several calls over the past few days. Hear automated sounds through the line.

Called 5 times so far today, never a msg. and no name listed on caller id

I get a call from this number at least once per day, usually around 7PM.  I pick up the phone and immediately say "PLEASE PUT ME ON YOUR DO NOT CALL LIST."  But the calls just keep on coming.  EVERY SINGLE DAY.  This has got to be illegal.  How can I stop this????
