It is a scam, as the IRS agent stated in his message. If you listen to the msg it has the same lack of knowledge of the english language as when they used to have a real person call.
This number called me saying they were the United States Treasury and were calling about a tax matter filed against me.
It was a computerized voice that spoke its message and told me to call them as soon as possible, then hung up.
