Who called from 2138399730

I get harassed by this number at least every half hour.  Most times when I answer no one says anything.  When I did speak to someone last week, I asked them not to call anymore, but, they still do.  It is ANNOYING!!!!!

Received 5 calls from them yesterday and they never left a message.

call 20 to 30 times a day and no one ever there, totally annoying.

called evry day at 11am,2pm,430pm&915pm.never leave samessage.Answered the last call to day at 405pm told them nj state ploice hq.said we have the wrong number nad hung up.

Who ever they are they must have  an elephant  skin they keep on calling  without leaving a message.
