getting annoying calls form this number that is listed in Burbank CA.. seems to be a pattern as there are other bogus calls that originate from that area like 214-283-1316.

I'm beginning to think that these bogus calls are placed by those reverse no lookup services to get revenue by placing a lot of annoying calls that cannot otherwise be identified.  At $15 per look up mucho dinero is derived just by setting up a boiler room out bound calling with a series of bogus no originations. hey! This is America... where anything goes and money is made any way possible.. no matter one gets pissed at the annoying.
