This number called me saying they that there was a complaint against me and I have to appear in court and call their mediation office. Also that they'll show up at my home and place of employment.
No one will ever call you and tell you that they're coming to serve you. That defeats the whole purpose. If they needed to find you, they'll find you. They won't need to call you to say they're coming to serve you. That's illegal.
Hey Bob are things so bad "Down on the farm" that you need to come here and tell lies for this company? If you were actually "served", then you should have no problem telling us the company name, address and their other relevant information, as well as what the lawsuit was for. All that information can be easily obtained right off the top the the document you were allegedly served. My guess is you can't tell us because you were never served anything, but a free cup of coffee down at the homeless shelter.
Garden variety kitchen-table debt scammers looking around for a victim they think is vulnerable. They tend to pick on women, single mothers an the elderly. Also anyone they thin might have had financial difficulty at one point or another in their lvies.
Ignore them. Ignore their threats. Block their calls. Don't talk to them, don't give them any information.
Consider it DONE! Just BLOCKED this number (and another one, also) from my line. I'd pay ANYTHING to see the looks on the faces of those SUCKERS, when they try to call me again! :-p
