I got a call from number 213-928-3062 telling me they were going to take me to court and I would be arrested if I didn't pay them seven hundred and something dollars. They told me that I could send it via western union with a Quick collect form to cafefone NY. I'm not sure if this is fraud but I am assuming it is and I'm not going to pay.
Yes! it is a fraud. they are running under several different names right now. Litigation, AS, Summers Associates are just a few.
they are using names like Jim Johnson, Andy Foster, Roy Williams, Towanda something and Cynthia.
