A "Nick Williams called me on my cell phone asking me if I was related to......... and he mentioned my fathers name. Thinking something had happened to my Dad, I replied that he was my Father. "Nick Williams"  then proceeded to tell me that my father was being sued by Cash Partners of America and had 3 criminal charges against him for overdue payday loans. What? I asked why he was calling me and he said that if I did not make sure that my father called his office, I would be held responsible.  He also threatened me by saying that he had my Social Security number. This is an absolute scam and I will be reporting this to the police. Should you get a call from this 213 number I would recommend doing the same!!!
