Who called from 2139283150

I just received an IRS Scam message on my cell
phone 2-14-15 @ 9:16am. The recording was an American female's voice , stating that I needed to return the call immediately or action would be taken. Please, don't fall victim to these thieves! The IRS sends certified mail to your home if they need to contact you!

I received the same message today 17-FEB-15 at 10:53am (EST) from a "JULIE SMITH" from the IRS stating that I should not ignore the call and that me or my attorney should call back the number else IRS will take action.

Just got the same message from a Julie Smith from IRS to call her office.

Also received the same message about 15 minutes ago.
