Who called from 2139285028

I got a  voice mail saying the following: "Hi good afternoon "my name" This is officer and special agent Paul Davis calling me directly from the DEA drug enforcement administrations at Twitters  (not drug enforcement "agency"?? guy does not even know what DEA stands for?) in regards to an open and ongoing criminal investigation that they need to ask me a few questions about and to call him immediately at (213) 928-5028 Ext: 227, special agent Paul Davis"

The only thing "special" about him is he is a liar & thief who will try to extort money from you for a nonexistent crime.  Ignore!!

Heavy accent man left message claiming to be a DEA agent investigating a criminal ongoing case, and the need for me to return his call ASAP.

I received this call today.
