The caller ID said "unknown" so I did not pick up.  No message left on the answering machine.  I tried to return the call but kept getting a fast busy signal after 3 attempts.  I decided it was likely a robo  call and input it into my call blocker.  If someone wanted to contact me that badly they should leave a message.
