Who called from 2139433059

Found this number on my caller id.

calls 3 to 4 times a day and is blocked. Called it on a cell and it is" Derrick" who starts reading a script like he's a robo/call collecting $ for police charity's.

Getting calls from this number. Never a message, now blocked.

5/01/16 11:04 PDT  Just now tried to call.  Only rang twice and no ID or message.  Isn't first of the month wonderful?  Will block.
