Has been sending emails to me for the last week. Because of a friend I checked out the number on google. A Scam for sure !

Hi Judy, the same thing happened to me this past week, through match.com. He said the same things to me. He said every other woman just wanted sex with him, that I was special blah blah blah. I also checked the area code and it indicated it could be Algeria or California. I think more likely Algeria. He did call and the voice was strange and somewhat muffled. I think the picture is not his. What a creep!
