called my cell. left no msg.

The number calls once a week and never leaves a message.

Caller ID: UNKNOWN NAME  Machine answered and they hung up just like the others here.

It is a survey call and if you call it back it gives you an option to remove your phone number by pressing nine

It's best to never return these calls. If you do, "they" know your phone is live and the calls will quite likely increase in number. Getting you to call back is often the sum total of the scam because they get to charge you for the call whether you buy their goods or not.
