At our home we have received 3-4 calls per week for about three weeks now from 1 (213) 978-1059.
The calling party identifies themselves as "LA CITY OF". Never leaves a message, and sometimes hangs up before the answering machine's greeting is even finished. We figure that if the caller doesn't think that it's not important enough to leave a precise message, than it's probably not important enough for us to return a call. Besides, who or what troubles may lie behind mysterious and disturbing calls? Fly low and avoid the radar!
