Who called from 2139853055

I got a call from that #,  saying they were a debt collection agency called Debt Clear but checked online and they gave me false information cuz debt clear is a valid company, but not the people who called saying they were debt clear.  Well, they called saying that i owed $270 from a payday loan which is not true, but the scary thing is, they had my info.  (ssn#, cell phone,) How did they get my info, and who are they really?  I called back 30 min later and asked to speak with a supervisor, (forgot to tell you that when they called, I asked for the company name, and the person (charlie) tried to beat around the bush and not give me the company's name; but when I called back, the person I spoke with said I was calling debt clear, but answered the phone with a mere hello..also when i asked to speak with the supervisor so called named karen smith, it sounded like the guy pretending to be the supervisor.  they all sounded like they were from india or that sort of region.  I dont know who these people are, but all i know is that they are frauds.  any advice on what steps i should take to report them to the right authorities?  please let me know.  [email protected]  thanks.

yes jake this the fake company. this company situated in india. they always take a fake phone no. from different location in usa and called a phone to make people fool and earn money. Beware of this type of Fake company. I know this company very well.
