This is a woman with a heavy Indian accent stating her name is Kathy Johnson and that this is personal  and very serious legal matter in which I need to call them back by 5 pm today,or I need to have my attorney call them back- I must phone back, if not, I will suffer severe consequences and then they finish their message with good luck to you. Now, they do not say where they are from, what company, and in the background it is extrmely noisy- I have had many calls from people with accents like this, stating the same thing- but from diffferent telephone numbers- when you google these numbers, they do not traace back a a legit company.
