Who called from 2139864050

Recieved Call - did not connect to anything - no answer - calling it back gives you a call cannot be completed as dialed message.

I just got a call two times 1st time 8:30pm then 9:40 pm when i called back it stays quiet 4 secs later has a disconnect sound error. I looked it up not listed also.

Same deal... no message left, did not pick this call up.  When I rang back it disconnected.  Anybody have weird experiences or people tracking them that might have to do with this?  I'm wondering if phones have built GPS's

who is using this number ? ITS ANOYING.

I think this might be a number used by Skype - if someone calls you with SkypeOut, this may be the number you see in caller id.
