i got a call from them no name, just a number and that me or my attorney must call them immediatley and i better not disregard this message. I got a call like this before sounds like the same guy, said i owed 5000.00 in lawsuits and i better pay, A real lawyer told me it was fraudulent and not to pay them a dime.
i called and pretended to be someonelse the guy told me his name was daniel smith of course no indian person would have an american name i told him my name was janice roberts i dont even know a janice roberts this guy gave me all of her information and stated that i owed a debt to a bank I immediately burst his bubble by advising him that he had just compromised this persons private information and that i was not her and i would be filing a police report for fraud he had nothing to say. These people had been calling me all day and made all kinds of threats earlier i was pissed off needless to say but i got them back they will make up al sorts of lies to get you to send them money i filed for bankruptcy in 2010 i spoke with my attorney and he told me never to fax anything any creditors should be directed to him these people are really crazy so i showed them crazy NEVER GIVE ANYONE YOUR PRIVATE IN.FO IF YOU ARE UNSURE
I have received over 20 calls from this number in the past 2 days alone. They say they are going to bring a lawsuit against me but when I taked to a debt consoldation company they told me that this number is a fraud company. I would like this number to stop call me IMMEDIATELEY!!!!! They keep call my cell phone (781) 820-5406.
a company called US Federal Investigation call me...i can't believe people actually do this for a living..i got a call from my direct line at work. i pretended to be someone else cuz he could not even pronounce my name. he had a very thick accent and was very aggressive towards me. he called probably 10X and when i told him i was gonna police, he said he is the police..umm i'm sorry but a police officer would not be calling me harrassing me.
