Got a call from this number today. She said "hi this is Jessica, how are you today? " i asked what company she was calling from, then she hung up. Blocked!
Bizarre and sophisticated voice recognition telemarketing - "Jeff" calls and offers to put wifi in your house in exchange for a sign in your yard. But "Jeff", despite being a prerecorded voice, understand what you say (eg. Siri etc) and responds to what you say. "Jeff" says he'll add me to their do not call list, but I don't know if I trust "Jeff" that much, so BLOCKED AND REPORTED!
