i call again and ask for the company's info and this time he told me his name was jason and said that the company name is American Credit Services
and said that the address is 9009 westloop west, Austin Tx. 77096.
i google the address while he was on the phone with me and there is no such address and the phone number is out of California, the operator out there could not find this number.
left me a threatening call stating that i received a loan from a fast cash service that was deposit in my account in 2008 and i never received nor did i apply for any loan. this guy spoke very bad english and he threaten to send the police out to my job to arrest me if i did not pay this money back todayi told him that i could not do that so he tried to negotiate with me for a settlement amount but it had to be paid today i said no so then he tried to setup a payment plan using a debt card.
