This person "Alicia" said she received a summons in her office to serve me. If I wanted to resolve the matter before it goes to court to call the "plaintiff." I have no idea what this is about AND how am I supposed to call this company with no name or phone number!
My wife received the same type of call and the caller left a case number and threatened that I would be served with papers.. Complete scam debt collectors. I have never had a bad debt and finally got them to tell me I wasn't who they were looking for after I gave them the last 2 of my social. The guy actually argued with me after I told him that what he was doing was illegal since I had absolutely no affiliation with the debt he was attempting to collectvandcthat he was fishing! He started to raise his voice and I let him have it! He hung up on me. And to top it off this call came into my home at 6:25 AM. I had never had a call like this in 14 years of having my home number. The likely reason for this, I recently signed up for AT&T U-verse and changed the service from my wife's name to mine after 14 years in her name. Thank you AT&T .
Who are these people they even said an address that I haven't lived at in almost 3 years. Wow do these people pay medical bills for causing heart attacks.
