Who called from 2139999999

213-999-9999 on my caller ID as well and only speaks spanish. The always hang up because I can't understand them! They have called at least 5 times now and I want them to stop. We are on EST and they are calling from Calif.

They have called about 5 times in the past two weeks.  Only speaking Spanish.  I told them I don't speak Spanish, but they continue to call.  How do we make it stop?

These people have called twice, too.  I told them to stop calling.  They did not call today.  I will report their company.
