Who called from 2139999999

They have called about 5 times in the past two weeks.  Only speaking Spanish.  I told them I don't speak Spanish, but they continue to call.  How do we make it stop?

These people have called twice, too.  I told them to stop calling.  They did not call today.  I will report their company.

I get phone calls from this number more than twice a day asking for my husband.  I want to report them as well.
