Didn't answer but they never left a voicemail as well. Wanted to see if it was an app or scam. Any info is appreciated.

I just got a call from this number at 6:30 in the morning. Who calls that early?

Called me at 5:20pm. I did not answer as I didn't  know the number. They left no voicemail.  Just wondering.....

I just got this phone call and missed it because I was busy with other things. First of all, there is no state in the United States of America, I know of, has a first digit number starting with a "0". I do believe this is a scam and not the first time I got a phone call from a similar number and they need to get a life and leave people alone so I did block it on my cell phone. I can careless what their bluff is. SMH!!!
